Guided equine experience at Equinimity

    Equine Experience: Cultivating Resilience

Join us for a guided equine experience centered on resilience — the ability to care for ourselves, regulate our responses, and remain grounded in the midst of life's demands. Through time with the herd, participants will explore how stress shows up in the body and how tending to our own needs is essential before we can effectively support others.

Horses offer a unique and honest reflection of our internal state, helping us notice patterns, reconnect with steadiness, and practice being present in a new way. This small-group experience is open to those curious about resilience and willing to share feedback as we continue to shape this offering. Kathy Sawyer will also introduce themes from her book, The Book of Iiwii, as it relates to the ways we navigate challenge, reconnect with our inner resources, and cultivate a more grounded, resilient way of being.
