The House that Mindfulness Built
This four-part course is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. We will explore the foundation of mindfulness and its fundamental 4 pillars. While this course is secular and not religious in nature, its origins are rooted in Buddhist fundamentals, the Pali canon and satipatthana sutta.
Each class will be 90 minutes and will include both educational elements and practical applications. While this is an introductory course, participants of all levels of experience are welcome.
Please note: it is requested participants be available to attend all four classes, as we will be building a small community or sangha with our meditation group.
